Saint Clair Origin Riesling 2019

Aroma: Fragrances of lemongrass and citrus with delicate floral notes of orange blossom.

Palate: Fresh citrus flavours of juicy mandarin and lime with an underlying minerality. The palate is crisp with a delicate sweetness and an off-dry finish.

Each parcel was fermented separately at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks in order to retain the varietal characters and freshness. After fermentation the parcels were assessed for quality, carefully blended then balanced, stabilized and prepared for bottling.
