A classy Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, this has intense, ripe gooseberry aromas alongside lime and passion-fruit flavours. It is made from a blend of fruit grown in the Wairau and Awatere valleys spanning a range of different climates and soils and giving a balance of flavours. This wine is an ideal match for a variety of seafood, salads and fried appetizers.
